The Opportunity
Our client is a global private equity firm with more than $50bn under management and a portfolio of high-growth companies across Europe, they partner with ambitious management teams to accelerate growth and scale businesses internationally.
They are seeking an Interim Value Creation Lead to join their portfolio support team in London. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with senior executives to shape and deliver transformation programs across multiple portfolio businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with portfolio leadership to design and deliver value creation roadmaps that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence
Lead complex, cross-functional change initiatives, ensuring execution at pace and measurable outcomes
Act as a hands-on adviser to management teams, identifying opportunities for both revenue acceleration and efficiency gains
Collaborate with functional experts within the fund to deliver targeted projects (commercial, operational, digital, etc.)
Provide objective challenge and act as a trusted sounding board for CEOs, CFOs, and Chairs
What We’re Looking For
Background in top-tier strategy or operations consulting, ideally at Manager/Principal level or equivalent
Exposure to software, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses
Strong analytical toolkit, comfortable driving both growth and cost initiatives
Proven ability to lead transformation projects within a PE-backed or high-growth environment
Immediate availability for a London-based interim assignment
