- Drive EBITDA uplift across 4 to 6 portfolio companies
- Partner directly with CEOs on commercial, pricing and operational transformation
- London-based; 40 to 50% travel across EMEA
- Seven-figure total comp with meaningful carry participation
The profile:
- Ex-MBB or Big 4 Deals (Partner)
- 3+ years inside a PE operating team, or senior in-house VC leadership
- Genuine post-deal delivery record, not just diagnostics
