With a focus on strategic investments and operational enhancements, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operating Partner to collaborate with their portfolio companies and drive operational improvement initiatives and value creation.
Position Overview:
As the Operating Partner, you will play a fundamental role in collaborating with portfolio companies to drive value creation and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience and expertise to achieve substantial growth and optimize operational performance within their private equity portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the firm's investment team to identify opportunities for operational improvements and strategic value creation within our portfolio companies.
• Provide hands-on operational guidance, leveraging your expertise to drive performance improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Work closely with executive leadership and management teams to develop and implement operational best practices, process enhancements, and performance metrics.
• Assess and execute potential add-on acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to drive growth, expansion, and operational excellence within portfolio companies.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience as an operational leader, ideally within a private equity environment, with a successful track record of driving operational improvements and value creation within portfolio companies.
• Strong operational acumen with a demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership to drive strategic change, process enhancements, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and aligning diverse teams toward common operational goals within the private equity environment.
Education and Background:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred).
