Interim Transformation Leader | Paris | €1,000 p/d | 6-12 Months
We're retained on an interim search for a high-calibre transformation leader to join a major international business undergoing a significant turnaround in France.
The business is operating under new General Manager leadership and needs a sharp, experienced operator embedded on-site across two Paris locations - someone who can hit the ground running, bring external rigour, and act as a genuine force multiplier to senior leadership from day one.
This is not a narrow workstream role. You will be working across the full change agenda - conducting analysis, building business cases, running cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and driving accountability where it matters. The ability to operate in ambiguity, move fast, and get things done without hand-holding is essential.
The profile we're looking for:
Ex-MBB or Tier 1 management consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, Kearney or equivalent). Fluent French speaker - this is an absolute requirement given the operating environment. A proven general athlete with a track record in turnaround, transformation, or post-acquisition integration. Available to commit to a 6-12 month on-site engagement in Paris at short notice.
Rate: €1,000 per day. Start: ASAP.
