We are looking for a highly accomplished Big 4 trained ACA professional specialising in M&A integration, carve-outs and large-scale transformation programmes across complex international organisations.
Looking for ~ 15 years + of experience, this individual will have led post-deal integration and strategic transformation initiatives across FTSE-listed and multinational businesses, working directly with CEOs, CFOs and executive leadership teams to deliver measurable value from acquisitions and divestments.

- Designing and executing 100-day integration plans
- Aligning Finance, HR, Technology, Procurement and operational functions
- Delivering acquisition synergy programmes and integration governance frameworks

- Leading complex business separations and carve-outs
- Managing TSA and reverse-TSA arrangements
- Supporting transaction execution and operational separation
- Transformation & Value Creation
- Delivering major efficiency and operational improvement programmes
- Driving automation, system integration and data-driven decision making
- Implementing new reporting frameworks and performance tracking systems
- Identifying and delivering significant cost savings and operational improvements
