A £10Bn turnover, PE-backed, multi-site healthcare business is seeking an Interim Chief Transformation Officer to lead enterprise-wide transformation through to IPO in approximately 18 months.
This is a defining mandate. The successful candidate will own the transformation agenda end-to-end, partnering directly with the CEO, CFO, and PE sponsors to ready the business for public markets. The remit is genuinely enterprise scale: operating model, technology, commercial, and people, across a complex multi-site network.
What you’ll do
- Design and execute the transformation roadmap that underpins the IPO equity story.
- Drive measurable EBITDA and operational uplift across sites.
- Lead the PMO and transformation office.
- Engage with sponsors, the board, and incoming public market stakeholders.
- Build the internal capability to sustain delivery beyond exit.
What we’re looking for
- You will have run enterprise transformation at scale, ideally in healthcare or a comparably regulated, multi-site environment.
- Prior PE-backed and pre-IPO experience is essential.
- You will be equally credible in a boardroom, on the shop floor of a clinical site, and in front of investors.
- MBB or Big 4 origin is common, but operator credibility is non-negotiable.
