With over 15-years leading and managing recruitment teams, Tom is the managing partner (CEO) of the Communicate Group, and founding partner of Metamorphic. Process driven, Tom has vast experience working across functional process requirements (R2R, O2C, GBS, M&A’s and Shared Services/BPO implementation) and technologies (ERP, analytical or BI tools).
