Our client, a leading listed business, is currently looking for an Interim Business Process Transformation Director.

The customer is at the heart of this global transformation, underpinned by People, Technology and Process. This role has come about with the aim of improving service quality/consistency and ensuring continual service/process improvement.

The successful candidate will: Create a meaningful vision for Continual improvement and Process Transformation across the business.

Establish an approach to E2E business process transformation that can be delivered through established change portfolios.

Deliver an executable and prioritised business process transformation plan.

Validate any existing process design related documentation.
