We are a niche, London based consultancy specialising exclusively in Transformation & Change recruitment.

With over 20 years’ recruitment experience between us, we have worked across many different markets and a broad range of disciplines. In all of these, the underlying commonality has been change and transformation. Whilst there are many recruitment companies with Transformation & Change desks, there are very few for whom it is their sole focus. At Metamorphic we invest heavily into our professional network, partnering with organisations to find change and transformation professionals with a strong history of delivery. With a focus on integrity and quality, we facilitate leading UK and global businesses to undertake large-scale and complex programmes by providing leaders at the forefront of business transformation.
